Logol (Logistic Online) is a digital-based overseas logistics marketplace offering services such as Trucking, Ocean Freight, and e-Document management. For trucking services, there is a Krani, whose role is to verify that the container truck matches the order documents and ensure that it has arrived or passed the specified destination.

Using the HMW method, I developed various ideas and insights for the Krani app's requirements and started the design exploration. I presented the design to Krani and the Operational Team, then collected their feedback.

Result

Successfully implemented the design for the development stage by organizing Krani's task list into categories such as depot, port, and factory, allowing Krani to monitor and report each container truck more efficiently and in real time.
