Overview

Overview

When I first joined the company, the Lion Parcel design system was already established and in the process of being maintained, but the documentation and usage tutorials were only about 75% complete. From the designers' perspective, the design system had been nearly 90% implemented, while on the engineering side, it was only about 30% integrated.

Lion Parcel utilizes a Federated team model to develop its design system, and I am one of the two people responsible for managing and maintaining it. Since the design system is dynamic, constantly evolving and expanding, I took on the responsibility of maintaining and improving the Lion Parcel design system throughout this project.
