Lion Parcel (PT Lion Express) is one of the leading logistics companies in Indonesia, providing first, middle, and last-mile services for both domestic and international shipments. Lion Parcel also offers logistics delivery services via a digital platform, enabling you to have your package picked up by a courier without the need to visit a Lion Parcel outlet.

Previously, this system was available for regular users, but the features were limited to account settings, password changes, package tracking, and filing claims for trouble shipments. As corporate clients increasingly rely on Lion Parcel for their product shipments, the demand for advanced tracking and performance monitoring has grown significantly.

Identify and analyze the needs
First, I review the research findings from the UX Researcher to identify the corporate requirements for this dashboard. Then, I gather UI and User Experience references from Metronic and Mixpanel to analyze the necessary elements.

Exploration and deliver the design
Before design exploring, I create a wireframe to use as a discussion point with the PM and UX Researcher. Once everything is approved, I move on to the design exploration and deliver the final design to the engineers.

I successfully designed a dashboard to meet corporate needs, featuring tools for shipment monitoring, rate checking, tracking deliveries, and managing claims. Through this dashboard, corporate clients can track package delivery statuses, monitor earnings from COD (Cash on Delivery) and shipping costs, view the volume of claimed packages, and assess overall shipment performance.
